The curriculum is set to be gradually launched by Phoenix Science Press from 2025 to 2027, primarily catering to students of the Shing-Tung Yau Youth Class, outstanding high school students, and adult readers with corresponding learning needs.

During the signing ceremony, Yau said that renowned mathematicians and scientists worldwide often write books that are accessible to young people, encouraging the pursuit of knowledge. He emphasized that for China to become a global powerhouse, textbooks must be of high quality.

"I hope this set of textbooks will serve as a model, not for competitions or exams, but to provide assistance to our children, sparking a genuine interest in learning, science, and academia," he said.

In his address, Zhang Chaoyang, chairman of Phoenix Publishing & Media Group, said that the project's expert team is robust and the curriculum structure strong. The project will inject momentum into the early discovery and cultivation of top-notch innovative talent for the nation, contributing to the building of a strong education, science, and talent-oriented country.

PPMG has specially established the Phoenix Media Science Communication Center to handle the editing and publishing work of the project, ensuring high-quality and efficient advancement. Additionally, the group will embrace new technologies actively, exploring the development of curriculum materials in a three-dimensional, digital, and intelligent manner to meet the diverse needs of cultivating high-level innovative talents in the new era.
