Phoenix Education Publishing Ltd, a subsidiary of Phoenix Publishing and Media Group, released the National Geographic Learning books in Beijing on June 16 at the 29th Beijing International Book Fair.
The NGL books, published by Cengage Group, a global education technology company, and Phoenix Education Publishing Ltd, include Reading Explorer and Great Writing, each of which consists of six books.
NGL books are presented to four Chinese teachers.
Michael Cahill, senior director at Cengage National Geographic Learning, said at the launch ceremony that NGL's teaching mission is to bring the world to the class and connect the class to life.
He noted that NGL books can not only improve students' reading and writing abilities and help them learn English, but also help them better face society.
