The Jiangsu Charity Award given to Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government.

Nanjing-based Phoenix Publishing and Media Inc was honored as one of the charitable enterprises along with 29 other companies by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government at the sixth Jiangsu Charity Award ceremony, which was held in Nanjing on Sept 5.

PPM has always attached great importance to charity and public welfare activities. From 2019 to 2020, PPM and its subsidiaries donated cash, books, stationary and more with a combined value of over 20 million yuan ($2.81 million).

Some of these donations, including book donations to the Xinjiang Uygur and Tibet autonomous regions, have become regular donations by PPM.

PPM is also carrying out construction projects, including the Phoenix Bookshelf project for a national reading campaign and the Spring Buds Library project for middle and primary schools.

The company also played an active role in fighting against CPVID-19 and poverty alleviation by donating medical supplies and more.

PPM's philanthropic acts and projects have made impressive achievements and received acclaim from all walks of life.
