(en.ppm.cn)
Phoenix Media was given the highest grade by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) in information disclosure this year.
The evaluation was carried out on companies listed on the SSE, which lasted from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 and is mainly based on seven indicators – authenticity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and fairness of disclosed information, the implementation of information disclosure requirements by sector, and investor relations management.
About one fourth of companies listed on the SSE receive the highest A grade each year. Even less listed companies receive an A grade for four consecutive years, and Phoenix Media is one of them.
Phoenix Media has always abided by relevant supervision requirements, continuously optimized its corporate governance structure, and improved its level of information disclosure.
Meanwhile, it has also strengthened communications with investors and maintained a strong capital market image by giving performance presentations and organizing investor meetings.
Phoenix Media hopes to continue performing well in information disclosure and improving its capital market image in a bid to retain the trust of investors.
