The book is reminiscent of the epic classics, looks back on the romance of legendary figures, and demonstrated the vitality of the Chinese language.
Author Mo Lifeng is a professor at Nanjing University and the first ever doctor of literature in the Chinese mainland. The book was published by Phoenix Literature & Art Publishing Ltd in June 2019.
