Wen Jieruo's congratulatory letter

Wen Jieruo, born in Beijing in 1927, is the translator who translated the most Japanese works into Chinese in the country. It is also Wen Jieruo’s translations, which introduced to Chinese readers many works by such famous Japanese writers as Yasunari Kawabata and Yukio Mishima. She and her husband Xiao Qian spent four years translating James Joyce's Ulysses, which became an unexpected bestseller in China.
