Phoenix Publishing and Media Group (PPMG) signed a cooperation agreement with the Scotland-China Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) in Edinburgh.

PPMG and SCCC agreed to cooperate on the Chinese Culture Carnival at the Edinburgh International Festival, Scotland-China wine culture forums, hotel investment, science , and education.

Both sides will use their advantages for mutual benefit. This agreement is another step by PPMG towards international cooperation. It lays a solid foundation for cooperation between PPMG and Scotland.

The SCCC was established on Oct 1, 2009. Since then, it has raised partnership between the governments of Tianjin and Edinburgh, mediated several agreements between Scottish and Chinese companies and held a wide range of cultural events to foster friendship, understanding and partnership between the peoples of Scotland and China.
